I spent a decade in Corporate America providing consulting, program management and digital transformation work to market-leading companies, and on the basis of high moral character, the willingness to challenge the status quo, and the ability to deliver on promises made, I led my team to repeatedly outperform expectations. Above the commercial growth, the new products we brought to market, the disruptive technologies we collaborated to develop, and the new geographies we expanded to—the thing I am most proud of is building a culture where logic, empathy, accountability, continuous learning, and the willingness to dream big ruled the day.
